WLP028-O Organic Edinburgh Scottish Ale Yeast
This strain produces underlying pear and melon esters that work well with hop and malt-derived notes. Its medium to high alcohol tolerance is suitable for strong Scottish ales or barleywine beers. This is a versatile strain that can be neutral at the low end of the recommended fermentation temperature range or yield more esters in the higher range.
