The combination of suitable raw materials and special malting techniques results in a very pale wort and a low colour after boiling.<\/p>\n<p>The flavour profile is malted-sweet with slight honey notes. The high enzyme activity makes the malt suitable as a base malt while also allowing it to be combined with speciality malts and other raw materials.<\/p>\n<h3>Application and dosage<\/h3>\n<p>This malt can make up to 100 % of the malt bill.
