A large part of the husk is removed before the tailored roasting, which reduces roasted bitterness and astringency without removing the malt's intense colour.<\/p>\n<h3>Flavour and use<\/h3>\n<p>The malt provides nuances of coffee, cocoa and dark chocolate.
