The gentle roasting process provides a very high colour intensity and distinct notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and toasted bread.<\/p>\n<h3>For dark and strong beers<\/h3>\n<p>The malt is particularly well suited to porters and stouts, including Baltic Porter, Chocolate Porter and Imperial Stout. It can also be used in Quadrupel, Altbier, Black IPA, Dunkles Weizen and Weizenbock.<\/p>\n<h3>Dosage and properties<\/h3>\n<p>Weyermann recommends a proportion of up to 5 % of the malt mixture.
