They can be used in, among other things, winter beer, Christmas beer and other drinks where a distinct cinnamon character is desired.<\/p>\n<p>The granulated form is coarser than powder and is therefore easy to measure out and easier to separate from the liquid after extraction.<\/p>\n<h2>How to use<\/h2>\n<p>Add according to the recipe, for example during the final part of the boil or via a controlled subsequent extraction.<\/p>\n<p>Cinnamon can become prominent with a large amount or long contact time.
