The oat flakes contribute a soft, full-bodied and silky mouthfeel and can support a dense, creamy head.<\/p>\n<h3>For full-bodied and modern beer styles<\/h3>\n<p>Rolled oats are well-suited for, among other things, stout, porter, New England IPA and other beers where you want more body and a rounder texture. The flavour contribution is mild, so the focus is particularly on the mouthfeel.<\/p>\n<h3>Use in the mash<\/h3>\n<p>The flakes are heat-treated and can normally be added directly to the mash.
