{"id":40032,"date":"2016-09-14T12:52:33","date_gmt":"2016-09-14T12:52:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lundteknik.dk\/?product=modtryksfylder-pa-stand"},"modified":"2025-05-27T09:05:12","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T09:05:12","slug":"display-pump","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/lundteknik.dk\/en\/produkt\/modtryksfylder-pa-stand\/","title":{"rendered":"Backpressure filler on stand"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Counter pressure filler (MTF) on stand is operated like this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>set the handle of the valve on top (beer valve) horizontally to close it<\/li>\n<li>Set the handle of the 3-way valve (CO2 valve) to the centre position to shut off the CO2 (as pictured)<\/li>\n<li>Connect kegs and MTF to the same CO2 regulator<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the bottle height so the conical stopper closes the opening of the bottle. 1 cm spring travel than normal.<\/li>\n<li>Connect the hose with the black coupling to the beer outlet on the keg and the John Guest coupling on top of the MTF. The hose should be about 2 cm down in the coupling.<\/li>\n<li>Turn the handle of the CO2 valve up to fill the bottle with CO2<\/li>\n<li>Open the beer valve (handle vertical)<\/li>\n<li>vent by turning the handle of the co2 valve down<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the venting speed on the thumbscrew on the co2 valve to fill without excessive foaming<\/li>\n<li>When the beer almost reaches the top close the beer valve and remove the bottle<\/li>\n<li>Attach a new bottle<\/li>\n<li>Turn the handle of the CO2 valve up to fill the bottle with CO2<\/li>\n<li>and so on\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The colder the beer, the less it will foam and thus a higher filling speed can be achieved.<\/p>\n<p>The tubing that goes into the bottle is cut to reach the bottom of the bottle. It can be extended with 7\/10 mm silicone tubing if you suddenly need to fill a taller bottle.
