It is cleaner and crisper than other \u2018haze\u2019 producing strains. It has a similar neutral character to WLP001 California Ale Yeast\u00ae with slightly higher ester production. This strain's efficiency leaves a certain mouthfeel and residual sweetness, which balances hop bitterness.
