Clear Wort is a technical aid extracted from irish moss to clarify the wort. Add 10 minutes before boiling and dose 1 gram per kg of malt. Does not clump.

Replaces other clarifiers such as Protafloc, which is easier to dose, and irish moss, which provides a light salt supply.
