Nimbus Hefeweizen

White beer

A traditional German wheat beer where yeast plays a crucial role. A fruity beer that can have notes of banana and cloves, but no bitterness from the hops. Appears hazy as the yeast does not settle, but rather adds flavour to the beer. A great thirst quencher for the terrace.

A light, sparkling and easy-drinking beer that will also appeal to those who are not into the dark and bitter types. It's mild, lightly fruity with floral notes from the noble Tettnanger hops. A great thirst quencher that is also ideal for the lunch table, starters and as an aperitif.

Nimbus NEIPA

New England style IPA

Called the Juicy hop bomb, it's the new 'black' in craft brewing. A delicious pale ale with low bitterness, but with oceans of hop flavour and aroma, with nuances of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and citrus. It can appear slightly to very hazy or cloudy due to the high proportion of rolled wheat and oats and dry hopping during fermentation.
