General terms and conditions:

- We reserve the right for input errors, including any incorrect price, quantity and quality specifications.

- According to current Danish legislation, you have a 14-day right of cancellation, calculated from the time you receive the goods.

- There is no right of cancellation for individually manufactured/customised products or perishable raw materials (malt, yeast and hops).

- If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must be able to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received within 14 days of receipt. You pay the return postage yourself. The amount for the item will be refunded within 8 days of receipt.

- There is a 24-month right of appeal.

Payment terms:

- All shipping orders must be prepaid via bank transfer to our account or paid by credit card/MobilePay.

  (for credit card/MobilePay payment, the amount will only be deducted after delivery/shipping)

- All prices in the webshop include 25% VAT and exclude shipping and delivery costs.

Delivery terms and conditions:

- All orders are shipped via PostNord, Alpi or Danske Fragtmænd at your expense 1-2 business days after ordering. By bank transfer 1-2 business days after the payment can be seen in our bank.

- Goods not collected from the parcel shop will be returned to Lund Teknik at the customer's expense.

Lund Teknik is a Danish company and all products are shipped from Denmark.
