How to use the meter:

1. Switch on the meter with a single tap.

2. Dip the measuring tip down to the immersion line in the brewing water or purified RO water.

Before you measure:

1. Remove the cap at the top of the meter.
2. Remove the small piece of insulating plastic that is attached to the batteries.
3. Put the cap back on.
