Imperial / Double IPA, Imperial Stout, Imperial Porter, Brown Ale, American Barley Wine osv.). Den har en fremragende
dæmpende kapacitet, en høj gæringshastighed og middel flokkulering. American Ale udvikler en neutral og
ren aromatisk profil med meget lave diacetylniveauer.
