We've found an overlooked Western European yeast producer whose prices are somewhat more appealing than most others.

What about the quality? – it’s perfectly fine, of course, otherwise we wouldn't be selling it!

Please note that the bottom-fermenting (lager) yeasts are supplied in 22-gram packs that are suitable for the recommended pitch rate of 20-25 litres, at prices comparable to or cheaper than 11-gram packs…

Must not be stored in the freezer, but in the fridge!
