Gift voucher

When redeeming gift cards, write who it is issued to and the amount in ‘Remarks’ at the end of the order.

If you buy for less When the gift card expires, ‘Bank Transfer’ will be selected as the payment method. We will then deduct the amount, and you can use the remainder later.

If you buy for more When paying with a gift card, select ‘Card Payment’ under payment method (card or MobilPay). We will then deduct the amount from the gift card before we charge the full amount. If you are uneasy about reserving the full order amount on your card, you can select ‘Bank Transfer’ under payment method, and you will receive an order confirmation asking you to pay the remaining balance via bank transfer. The goods will then only be sent once we can see the amount in the bank.
