The Saaz hop is a classic Czech hop with a mild and delicate flavour. It adds subtle spicy and floral notes to beer, making it suitable for pilsners, Belgian ales and saisons. Saaz hops contribute a slight bitterness and a pleasant aroma that emphasises the complexity of the beer. It is ideal for creating a balanced and refreshing flavour in hand-brewed beers.
