Male threaded plugs
A threaded plug with an external thread – also known as a male-threaded plug – is used to seal off an unused internal-threaded connection.
Available thread sizes
- 1/8″ external thread
- 1/4″ external thread
Always check the thread standard, size, material, fluid, temperature and working pressure before assembly. Use the sealing method appropriate for the thread type and installation.
Only use the bung in direct contact with wort or beer if the material of the product is expressly stated as suitable for this.
