Pacific Jade hops are a versatile variety with a distinctive flavour of fresh citrus, spicy pepper and a subtle floral aroma. This hop adds a pleasant bitterness and a slightly spicy flavour to the beer. Pacific Jade is well suited to brewing pale ales, IPAs and Belgian beers, to which it contributes its unique flavour profile and pleasant bitterness. With an alpha acid content of 12–16%, Pacific Jade is ideal for adding a subtle yet distinctive flavour to craft beers.
