Challenger - Alpha: 6 - 9, Whole leaf, 5 kg

Challenger hops are known for their distinctive flavour of spicy and earthy bitterness, with subtle undertones of fruit and flowers. This versatile hop is ideal for adding complexity to a wide range of beers, including English ales, porters, stouts and brown ales. With its alpha acidity of 6-9%, Challenger adds a pleasant bitterness and a slightly spicy flavour to beer, making it a popular choice for craft brewers looking to create beers with a well-balanced and rich taste.
