All-grain kit with a distinct beer profile

Nimbus Islay, Sgt Pebber all-grain kit is formulated for home brewing approximately 25 litres of Smoked Ale (Islay-inspired). The recipe provides smoke, dark malt, a light spice and makes it easier to hit the beer style without having to calculate the malt and hop composition from scratch.

For the brew day

The kit gathers the measured ingredients for the recipe. On the product page, you can choose the yeast and crush that suit your brew. See the specifications above for expected alcohol by volume, bitterness, colour, fermentation, and maturation. The result depends, among other things, on your brewing system, mash efficiency, and temperature control during fermentation.
