Nimbus Kölsch
Kölsch
A light, sparkling and easy-drinking beer that will also appeal to those who are not into the dark and bitter types. It's mild, lightly fruity with floral notes from the noble Tettnanger hops. A great thirst quencher that is also ideal for the lunch table, starters and as an aperitif.

All-grain kit with a distinct beer profile
Nimbus Kölsch all-grain kit is formulated for home brewing about 25 litres of Kölsch. The recipe yields a pale, dry, mildly fruity, subtle bitterness and makes it easier to hit the beer style without having to calculate the malt and hop composition from scratch.
For the brew day
The kit gathers the measured ingredients for the recipe. On the product page, you can choose the yeast and crush that suit your brew. See the specifications above for expected alcohol by volume, bitterness, colour, fermentation, and maturation. The result depends, among other things, on your brewing system, mash efficiency, and temperature control during fermentation.
