How to use

The sticks can be used whole or broken into smaller pieces immediately before use. Add according to the recipe, for example during the last part of boiling or by a controlled subsequent extraction.

Cinnamon can become prominent with long contact times. Therefore, start carefully and adjust the amount and contact time according to batch size and desired intensity.
