| The Strong Scotsman - Hopscotch |
The Strong ScotsmanWee Heavy - Strong Scottish Ale
In collaboration with Humleland.dk, we are launching an all-grain kit where you also have the opportunity to buy their canned version here in the shop. Humleland describes the ale like this: Strong Scottish Ale brewed with Golden Promise pale malt and 4 other malts for an easy-drinking malt-focused beer. Hopped with Fuggles and Northern Brewer for a balanced bitterness. The aroma is characterised by a rich and honeyed malt profile. Another delicious beer brewed with Jan Krogh Jensen, who this time has chosen to flavour the beer with heather flowers. This brew goes particularly well with aged firm cheese, or simply as a meditation beer in front of the fireplace.

| Nimbus American Brown Ale | Nimbus US Brown AleAmerican Brown AleEasy-drinking Brown Ale where the citrus notes of Columbus and Cascade hops play well with caramel and chocolate malts. The amber malt adds a nutty background to a beer that is both complex and approachable at the same time. Because it's less sweet than other Brown Ales, it's also tempting for the second and maybe even the third glass.

Nimbus NEIPA
New England style IPA
Called the Juicy hop bomb, it's the new 'black' in craft brewing. A delicious pale ale with low bitterness, but with oceans of hop flavour and aroma, with nuances of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango and citrus. It can appear slightly to very hazy or cloudy due to the high proportion of rolled wheat and oats and dry hopping during fermentation.
