Goldings – Alpha: 4 – 6, Blade, 100 grams

Goldings hops are known for their characteristic light flavour of citrus and grapefruit. It adds a pleasant bitterness and a slightly spicy aroma to the beer. With its low alpha acid content of 4–6%, Goldings is well suited to adding a light floral flavour to a wide range of beer styles. Goldings’ unique flavour nuances also make it well-suited to creating exciting variations of IPAs and pale ales.
