Pale Crystal Malt from Thomas Fawcett is a pale British crystal malt that provides a golden wort, a sweet and malty flavour, and a soft caramel note. It adds body and a balanced complexity to the beer without dominating with dark or burnt flavour notes.

Application and dosage

This malt is particularly well suited to bitter, pale ale and session beers, where it can enhance the malt’s sweetness and create balance. Thomas Fawcett typically recommends a proportion of 5–10 % of the total malt quantity.
