Cip Alka 60 is a high-alkaline detergent containing detergent active ingredients that is suitable for single-phase cleaning in low-medium hardness water.
The product is unique for effective fat removal and also removes protein and starch where It is used with a booster. Does not contain EDTA.
Used for all CIP processes in the brewery. For very difficult burns in the the wort boiler or protein precipitation from the yeast in tanks, CIP Alka 60 is used together with Game Additive Oxi (Booster).
