Premixed Servomyces yeast nutrient with simple dosing: 1 gram per 5 litres of wort. Add approximately 10 minutes before the end of the boil. The pack is sufficient for approximately 2,000 litres of wort.
Servomyces Mix – biological yeast nutrient
Servomyces is a brewing yeast which, during production, is enriched with, amongst other things, zinc and other micronutrients. The nutrients are bound within the yeast cells and are therefore readily available to the active brewing yeast.
Lund Teknik's Servomyces Mix is pre-mixed, making the dosage easy to measure.
Dosage and administration
- Dosage: 1 gram per 5 litres of wort
- Add about 10 minutes before the end of cooking
- 20 litres of wort: 4 grams
- 25 litre wort: 5 grams
- 50 litres of wort: 10 grams
Servomyces can support a healthy and stable fermentation, especially when the yeast is exposed to demanding conditions. The product does not replace proper yeast pitching, oxygenation, temperature control and good brewing hygiene.
Store in a dry place and keep tightly closed.
