This stainless steel brewing system has many enhanced features that brewers will enjoy:

Our 70-litre brewing system requires 15 Amps

The 70L system is supplied as standard with:

• Stainless steel chiller (cooling coil)
• Hopspider (hop filter)
• Ball valve with 13mm hose connector
• Bottom filter for ball valve (Bazooka)
• Spare angle hose for pump
• Integrated stainless steel valve for speed (flow) regulation
• Integrated magnetic pump, can be operated separately
• Programmable controller with digital display
• Can programme up to 9 brewing steps and up to 9 hop additions
• Alarm / reminder function & manual override
• Memory for storing up to 9 recipes
• Temperature range: 25 – 100 ° C; division: 0.1 ° C
• Clear LCD screen

• 42 mm wide across the lid
• 58 mm wide between handles

Specifications:

• Effect: 3000W adjustable from 100 to 3,000W in 100W increments
  Equipped with a 15-ampere cord and a Danish 3-pin standard plug with earth.

If your socket can only handle 10 or 13 Amperes, you can run the system at a lower power output. However, it is strongly recommended to gain access to 16 Amperes.
If you have a 3-phase CEE socket (the red ones), there's a ‘quick and dirty’ trick where you can get a 230V/16A socket. CONTACT an electrician if you are in doubt.
