Happy Yeast American Ale
Highly versatile yeast of American origin for producing American and English Ale beers (e.g. APA, IPA,
Imperial / Double IPA, Imperial Stout, Imperial Porter, Brown Ale, American Barley Wine etc.). It has an outstanding
attenuating capacity, a high fermentation rate and medium flocculation. American Ale develops a neutral and
clean aromatic profile with very low diacetyl levels.
