Stock status and backorder
If you order more packs than the displayed stock level, or select an item marked as backorder, the order will only be dispatched once the yeast arrives with the next delivery from White Labs. Stock status is shown in the product table.
If you cannot find the desired strain, you can view White Labs stock items or order a special import yeast.
Choose yeast strain by beer style
Check the recommended temperature, attenuation, flocculation and any STA1 gene detection on the individual product page. Then select the yeast strain according to the beer style and desired flavour profile.
